Refund Policy
At Nihonesute-Net, we are committed to providing exceptional services and ensuring our clients are satisfied with their experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is requested. Please review our refund policy below:
1. Service Refunds
- No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a service has been rendered, refunds cannot be issued. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please inform our staff immediately, and we will work to address your concerns.
- Service Credit: In cases where a service did not meet your expectations, we may offer a complimentary service or credit towards future treatments at the discretion of management.
2. Prepaid Packages and Memberships
- Non-Refundable Packages: Prepaid treatment packages, promotions, and memberships are non-refundable. Unused portions of packages may be transferred to another individual or used for different services of equivalent value.
- Cancellation of Membership: If you wish to cancel your membership, please provide 30 days’ notice. Refunds will not be issued for any unused membership time, but you may continue to use the services until the membership period expires.
3. Product Refunds
- Return Policy: Products purchased at our spa may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Exchanges: We are happy to exchange products if they are defective or damaged.
4. Gift Cards
- Non-Refundable: Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards may be transferred to another individual or used for any services or products at our spa.
5. Late Cancellations and No-Shows
- Cancellation Policy: To avoid a cancellation fee, please notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations and no-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.
6. Special Circumstances
- We understand that emergencies happen. In cases of serious illness or unavoidable circumstances, we may waive the cancellation fee at management’s discretion. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
